Wedding Party Planner
A sunset Entertainment's Bride and Groom Wedding Party Planner contains our DJ/MC Wedding Reception Program for you to utilize in providing us with the reception location, bridal party information, first dance song and other important information to ensure your reception flows smoothly.
Telephone Consultations
Our trained bridal consultants and Wedding DJs will work with you during the planning of your wedding reception to help you get all the details right. Our friendly and courteous staff is committed at be at your service and answer all your questions from your first call to the completion of your event.
Stereo Sound System
We provide professional quality audio equipment with great sound and reliability. All key components are redundant to gaurd against interruption of your event. Setup and take down is always no charge when A Sunset Entertainment is your DJ of choice.
DJ/MC (Emcee)
Your A Sunset Entertainment DJ will MC and Coordinate everything for you!
The DJ will arrive early to setup and start playing background music.
After setting up the DJ will be available to greet the guests, let them know of any seating arrangements, gift tables, sign-in logs or any food or beverage services that are available.
They will also be available to take requests as well before everything gets started. This helps get everything running smoothly from the start as everyone arrives.
Once the reception gets underway, with your approval they will announce the traditional highlights, motivate your guests, conduct participation activities and get everyone up and dancing!
We play Your choice of music
Each DJ carries an extensive collection of music from the Big Band era, Oldies of the 50's and 60's, Rock, Country, Hip Hop, Latin and Reggae and more. We have something to please all of your guests. Please see our list of most requested music or search our full music list here.
Because we specialize in weddings we have an expansive list of First Dance songs, Father Daughter dance songs and Mother Son dance songs.
Your event is as important to us as it is to you, so if you don't find the song you are looking for we have wide-ranging source of vendors and can usually locate your song at no extra charge. Our Bride and Groom Wedding Planner provides perfect way for you to organize and communicate your special requests.
Mood Lighting and Effects
Our essential mood lighting is included in our packages when appropriate at no additional charges. The essential mood lighting will usually consist of a variety of white and multi colored lights. They help to create an upbeat mood on the dance floor.
We also have available several mood setting options at a nominal extra charge:
- Bubble Machine
- Fog Machine
- Additional lighting
Please note that many facilities may place limits on bubble and fog machines. Please ask your facility coordinator if you would like use these options.
